Enhancing Short Term Wind Energy Forecasting for Improved Utility Operations: This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Department of Energy's Wind and Hydropower Technology Program and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration are requesting information on opportunities for demonstrating and evaluating improved short term wind energy forecasting and its applications.
