Epicenters for the Prevention of Healthcare Associated Infections, Antimicrobial Resistance and Adverse Events: The CDC Prevention Epicenters Program has been established to develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of epidemiologically-based strategies to improve healthcare quality and patient safety.
