Epicenters for the Prevention of Healthcare Associated Infections, Antimicrobial Resistance and Adverse Events: The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support the translation of basic, epidemiologic and technologic discoveries into new strategies for preventing and decreasing the incidence of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), antimicrobial resistance (AR) and other adverse events in all types of healthcare facilities in the United States.
