Establishment of Youth Conservation Corps at Great Dismal Swamp NWR: Would assist with the implementation of Great Dismal Swamp NWR Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) program. The organization would advertise, hire and administer payroll for 5 enrollees and 2 crew leaders. This program would provide opportunities for public service youth employment, youth development and training, and the participation of young adults in accomplishing conservation-related work which clearly represents public benefit as exemplified through the Fish and Wildlife Services' support of this program.
