Establishment of Youth Conservation Corps at Great Dismal Swamp NWR: Would assist with the implementation of Great Dismal Swamp NWR Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) program. The organization would advertise, hire and administer payroll for 5 enrollees and 2 crew leaders.
