Secretary's Forecast Summary RFA-PS-09-007 CDC's Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Evaluating Locally-Developed (Homegrown) HIV Prevention Interventions for African-American and Hispanic/Latino Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM)."
