Evaluation of Cooperative Threat Reduction Programming in Iraq: For the current NOFO, ISN/CTR is seeking a new analysis and evaluation of its program work occurring from June 2014 – June 2019 in Iraq. This analysis will help provide ISN/CTR with a solid empirical basis to assess ISN/CTR's past programmatic effectiveness, devise new initiatives where needed, and choose among different activities to meet future programmatic needs. No travel is required for this project. In addition to funds for development of a final report, submitted budgets should include funds for Arabic translation for assessment materials and for routine correspondence.
