FA BLM AZ CESU Yuma Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation: The Bureau of Land Management Yuma Field Office conducts Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (ESR) projects that are a result of a wildland fire. At each of these sites, monitoring will be used to determine the effectiveness/effects of the treatments including statistical analysis, document actions (photo points), and provide GIS database management.
