Grant Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide funds for up to 15 grantees to support the development of one (1) Flex CAH-HIT Network pilot program in each State that is awarded a grant. Examples of HIT may include practice management systems, disease registry systems, care management systems, clinical messaging systems, personal health record systems, electronic health record systems and health information exchange.
