FY 2003 Mental Health Courts Program: The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) will only accept applications for the Mental Health Courts Program from applicants who have already submitted concept papers and have been notified by letter that they were selected to submit a formal application. All other applications will not be processed. Applications from organizations selected to participate in the Mental Health Courts Program should submit an application to BJA no later than January 13, 2003
