- The National Prisoner Survey of Juvenile Sexual Assault, 2004 Solicitation seeks applications to develop, design, and field test survey instruments specifically for confined juveniles as part of the National Prisoner Survey of Juvenile Sexual Assault (NPS-JSA) collection and to prepare an implementation plan for fielding the collection in 2006.
