FY 2004 OVW Comprehensive Services for Trafficking Victims: The Services for Trafficking Victims Discretionary Grant Program will develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for victims of severe forms of human trafficking. Projects selected for funding will provide comprehensive services to trafficking victims; build effective community service networks to respond to victims' needs; and provide training to increase the awareness among criminal justice entities, social service providers, and the public of the rights and needs of trafficking victims.
