Grant Description
The goal of the OJJDP Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program is to help states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments to develop and establish drug courts for non-violent substance-abusing offenders. Family or juvenile drug court enhancement grants are available to any jurisdiction that that already has a fully operational family or juvenile drug court and wants to improve the delivery of services through additional services.
