FY 2005 OVW S*T*O*P* Violence Against Indian Women Discretionary Grant Program: The goal of the STOP Violence Against Indian Women Discretionary Grant Program is to encourage tribal governments to develop and strengthen the tribal justice system=s response to violence against Indian women, and to improve the services available to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Indian country. OVW will award discretionary grants to support the efforts of tribal governments in achieving these goals.
