FY 2007 National Crime Victim Assistance Program: The purpose of the FY2007 National Crime Victim Assistance Programs is to provide support to programs that have developed a national capacity to deliver assistance to victims of crime nationwide and to strengthen the ability of local law enforcement agencies and service providers to serve victims.
