FY 2008 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP): The Fiscal Year 2008 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) integrates the State Homeland Security Program (SHSP), the Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) program, the Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS), and the Citizen Corps Program (CCP).
