FY 2009 Rail Line Relocation Earmark Grant - Passenger Rail Corridor CREATE Project: This project's objective is to complete design work for one portion of the overall Chicago CREATE Program. The project to be addressed in this grant is the design work for the construction of new main line capacity between Grant Crossing and CP518 (Pershing Ave.). This work includes track on a new alignment between the intersection of 57th and Lowe and the intersection of 62nd and Wells.
