This Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) does not apply to the 27 projects specifically enumerated in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117 (December 16, 2009)) or the 23 projects specifically enumerated in the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 (Pub. L. 111-8 (March 11, 2009)).
