- Funding is available to support NGO programs benefiting Iraqi refugees in the Middle East and displaced persons and returnees in Iraq. Priority sectors for programs outside Iraq include: humanitarian assistance and protection, health, mental health, education, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, and vocational training and/or livelihoods development.
