FY 2015 Russian Business Leaders Program: The Professional Fellows Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges at the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) invites proposal submissions for the FY 2015 Russian Business Leaders Program. The Russian Business Leaders Program is a two-way exchange to foster entrepreneurship, encourage business innovation, and provide concrete business leadership and professional skills for a new generation of Russian business professionals. The Russian Business Leaders Program builds on the foundation of the traditional Professional Fellows Program model and offers a dynamic and substantive professional experience to Russian entrepreneurs and business leaders, ages 22-27, working in the fields of technology, innovation, social media, business, and social entrepreneurship. The Program will support 44 Russian participants in a practical four- to five-week internship or "practicum" in a U.S. workplace complemented by collaborative projects, robust follow-on activities, and a peer mentoring program in the participant's home country with ECA and Professional Fellows Program alumni. The program will tentatively take place from May through June of 2016. The American outbound exchange component will support approximately 13-15 American participants going overseas for approximately two weeks in length to assist with the implementation of the Russian fellows' follow-on projects.
