FY 2016 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting refugees and other vulnerable populations in Egypt: Summary of Current Funding Priorities

(a) Proposed activities should primarily support either Syrian or Sub-Saharan African refugees in Egypt. (Programs may include both populations but should provide a breakdown by proportion of the two populations.) Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.

(b) Proposals must focus on one or more of the following sectors (see PRM’s General NGO Guidelines for sector descriptions):

(i) Protection, including child protection and/or gender-based violence prevention and response as applicable
(ii) Education
(iii) Healthcare
(iv) Livelihoods
(v) Psychosocial assistance
