FY 2016 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting refugees in South Sudan: PRM will prioritize funding for proposed NGO activities that best meet the Bureau’s priorities for filling programming gaps in South Sudan. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
