FY 2017 International Visitor Leadership Program Collaborative Services Award: The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Professional and Cultural Exchanges, Office of International Visitors (ECA/PE/V) at the United States Department of State (DOS), announces an open competition for the FY 2017 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Collaborative Services.
