Grant Description: Subject to the availability of funds, the FNS is soliciting applications for the FY06 WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Program as authorized by Public Law 109-97. A total of $3,000,000 is available to STATE AGENCIES, except those State Agencies with existing FNS EBT cooperative agreements are not eligible to apply for funding under this program. Grant funding is intended to support projects which provide timely information on the technical and financial viability of online EBT solutions.
