FY16 Railroad Safety Infrastructure Improvements Grant Program: The purpose of these funds is to award grants for eligible railroad safety infrastructure improvement projects. The funding available under this solicitation, $25 million, was appropriated by Congress in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016, Division L, Title I.
