FY17 Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak): Pursuant to the Further Continuing and Security Assistance Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law No. 114-254), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $422,660,892 to cover Operating, Capital, Debt Service and $17,414,618 to cover American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses (for a total of $440,075,510) until April 28, 2017 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY17.
