Grant Description: USAID/OFDA invites interested parties to attend one of two meetings to discuss the APS content, direction and process directly with USAID/OFDA representatives. The second meeting will be held in the UNDP conference room from 9am to 12pm on June 13, 2006 in Khartoum, Sudan.
