- Funding opportunity text description: The Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) integrates the State Homeland Security Program (SHSP), the Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) program, the Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program (LETPP), the Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS), and the Citizen Corps Program (CCP). HSGP supports efforts to build and sustain capabilities to achieve the Interim National Preparedness Goal (the Goal) and implement State and Urban Area Homeland Security Strategies. Projects or initiatives that are eligible for funding under this announcement may or may not involve Geospatial (GIS) issues
