FY2012 State Environmental Enforcement Training Grant Program Solicitation Notice: This Request for Applications (RFA) is issued by the National Environmental Training Institute (NETI) in the Office of Compliance (OC) in EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) to strengthen states' ability to address environmental and public health threats through training of state environmental enforcement personnel.
