Fellowships with the State, Tribal, Local, Plans and Grants Division: A. Project Goals ¿ A youth fellowship to provide training opportunities for qualified graduate students in cultural resources fields such as historic preservation, archeology, history, museum management and landscape architecture to learn and assist NPS employees in directed assignments focusing on federal efforts in cultural resources management, protection, education and outreach. B. Project Objectives ¿ The project engages the fellow to provide technical and administrative support for the National Park Service¿s Historic Preservation Fund and Cultural Resources grant programs. The fellow will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of all stages of grants administered by the NPS through the Historic Preservation Fund and their impact on local communities.
