- Reclamation will enter into this agreement with Forestry for the development and implementation of a Fire Management Plan (FMP) for the designated Natural Scenic Recreation Area, McGee Creek Project, Oklahoma. Reclamation does not have the expertise or resources of their own to carry out the necessary prescribed fire implementation activities required to maintain the NSRA. Forestry has the necessary wildland fire management expertise to properly manage the roughly ten thousand acre area to help prevent an uncontrollable wildfire within the area.
