Fiscal Transparency Innovation Fund (FTIF) Grant Opportunity for U.S. Embassy Djibouti: The U.S. Embassy Djibouti, Office of Monetary Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for the Fiscal Transparency Innovation Fund (FTIF) grant proposal to support a 12-month project mostly to assist the Government of Djibouti (GoDJ) in training, technical assistance, and capacity building to support budget transparency and public financial management.
