Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA): Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA) Agency for International Development USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) will conduct a stakeholder consultation on January 18, 2023, from 9:00 am -12:00 am EST. The agenda for the stakeholder briefing is as follows: Welcome and Overview Overview of the RFA Overview of the Evaluation Process Questions and Answers Closing BHA will conduct the briefing using a hybrid format. The in-person briefing will be held at BHA's Washington DC office at 555 12th St NW, on the concourse level in room C-12. The office is located next door to the Nordstrom Rack at the corner of 12th and E Streets, and is easily accessible from any Metro Center exit point. Paid parking is also available in the area. Upon arrival, please enter the building via the 12th Street entrance. Once there, staff will greet you and guide you to the Concourse. Participants are encouraged to inform BHA of accommodation requests in the FY23 DRC RFSA Public Solicitation Briefing Registration form. Participants must register by 6:00 pm EST on January 16 using this Google link: FY23 DRC RFSA Public Solicitation Briefing Registration form. Given room space constraints, in-person attendance is limited to four participants per organization until capacity is reached. In-person participants should note that masks are not currently required in U.S. Government facilities. Participants are welcome to wear masks if they prefer. Refreshments will not be provided.
