Fish and Wildlife Coordination and Assistance: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Friends of Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge for the purpose of further it's efforts to work with private landowners and conservation partners to conserve habitats and federal trust and at-risk species. These efforts will be directed to projects on private lands and with conservation partners that would provide conservation benefits for a wide variety of fish and wildlife species including migratory birds, federally listed species and other declining species and game and non-game fish and wildlife.
