Follow-on Wolf Monitoring in Idaho: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE STATE OF IDAHO, THE US FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE (SERVICE), REGION 6, WILL PROVIDE FUNDING, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, TO THE STATE OF IDAHO, TO CONTINUE ADDRESSING ISSUES RELATED TO THE MONITORING OF THE GRAY WOLF AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE SERVICE. THE CURRENT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT MAY BE MODIFIED TO PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL FUNDING UNTIL THE AGREEMENT COMPLETION DATE IS REACHED, OR A DETERMINATION IS MADE BY THE SERVICE THAT NO FURTHER FUNDING IS AVAILABLE OR THE AGREEMENT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. THE TOTAL PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT HOWEVER WILL NOT EXCEED FIVE YEARS FROM THE ORIGINAL EFFECTIVE DATE.
