Formative Assessment of HIV Risk and Size Estimation Among Most-At-Risk Populations (MARPs) and Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance Among MARPs in the Republic of Zambia under the President's Emergency: The purpose of this program is to provide support for the implementation of public health surveillance among Most-At-Risk-Populations (MARPs). MARPs will primarily include commercial sex workers (CSWs) of both sexes, men who have sex with men (MSM) and injecting drug users (IDUs) and the sexual partners of these individuals.
