Fox River NRDA: This is a notice of intent to award a single source grant agreement to Ducks Unlimited without competition under justification 505DM 2.14.B.2. and 4. Restoration criteria are located in the 2003 Joint Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment for The Lower Fox River and Green Bay Area and the 2016 Restoration Plan Update. Competition for the award is not practical as Ducks Unlimited is performing the continuation of a project in order to ensure its satisfactory completion. Ducks Unlimited is also uniquely qualified to continue the completion of the dike repair, since they have completed prior design, engineering, and implementation work at Sensiba State Wildlife Area. DU has also applied for and received matching funds from the state of Wisconsin waterfowl stamp funds to complete the dike repair work.
