- This is a Notice of Intent to award. This agreement will provide support to education and volunteer projects at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge (RNWR) Complex. This agreement will provide coordination and support of environmental and cultural education programs for students and the general public, including Birdfest & Bluegrass, Lifeways, Landscapes and Wildlife Interpretive Program, and additional education programs and intepretive materials, transportation assistance for schools visiting the refuge and the recruitment, training and appreciation of refuge volunteers. FWS will oversee this project and provide technical assistance and logisitic support necessary to complete the proposed objectives.
