Funding Announcement for Forestry Assistance: Nebraska NRCS is seeking partnerships to contribute and cooperate to assist landowners with conservation planning, conservation practice planning, design, installation and checkout (where allowed by authorities), for forestry planning and practice design, tree and shrub planting practices and management practices, herbaceous buffer practices, herbaceous seedings, and other forestry practices associated with habitat management. Assistance in the development and management of Farm Bill contracts with landowners will also be needed, as well as one-on-one assistance and workshops for landowners.
