Gender Responsive Training Tips for Staff working with Justice Involved Women: The proposed project is the development of Gender Responsive Training Tips for Staff working with Justice Involved Women. This project is the continuation of the work between Migima and NIC in which a draft document entitled “52 Tips for Staff who work with Justice-Involved Women” was developed. Using these materials as a foundation, you will work with NIC to finalize a series of tips for correctional professionals and other related stakeholders in working with justice involved women.
