Genetic Signatures of Drought Conditions and Diseases in Central Valley Salmonids: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to University of California, Davis under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(16) and 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $307,242.00. Reclamation is providing $307,242.00 in Fiscal Year 2015. The objectives of the project are to: 1) Evaluate the presence or absence of pathogens on exposed Chinook salmon; and 2) Evaluate the levels of infection and disease state in wild caught Chinook salmon throughout the delta.
