Grant Description
The purpose of the program is to move human genome applications, including family history applications, into health practice in a manner that maximizes health benefits and minimizes harm to individuals and populations. The FOA will support programs in policy, surveillance, or education related to genomic tests, family history, and other genomic interventions with the goal of improving health and preventing disease in large, well-defined populations or practice settings in the United States.
