Global Research Activity and Country Research Activity: The United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID), Global Health(GH), Office of Health, Infectious Diseases, and Nutrition(HIDN), proposes to enter into two Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreements for the implementation of the Global Research Activity (GRA) and the Country Research Activity (CRA) specifically described in Section I of this RFA. These two research activities fall under a newly developed GH/HIDN Health Research Framework described in this RFA. Section III of this RFA explains in detail the Leader with Associate Cooperative Agreement mechanism.
