- The purpose of this agreement is for the studying, maintaining and improving the management of wildlife resources on public lands for the best interests of the people of the State of Idaho and the United States. More specifically, the proposed golden eagle and raptor survey projects would result in expanding the publics knowledge of current population distribution and population levels in Idaho. Emphasis of this project is for the inventory of golden eagle nests and territories.
