Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals: The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2020 Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals (Short Title: GBHI). Therefore, recipients funded under the following announcement numbers are not eligible to apply for this funding opportunity:TI-17-009 (GBHI) – Grants funded in FY 2017, 2018, and 2019 SM-18-004 (Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness) – Grants funded in 2018 and 2019 In addition, the statutory authority for this program specifies that these grants must be made to community-based public and private non-profit entities. Therefore, states are not eligible to apply.
