Grazing Land Conservation Initiative Program Technical Assistance: Summary: USDA NRCS administers the Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative Program (GLCI) to help livestock farmers address natural resource concerns while enhancing the economic, environmental and social stability of grazing land enterprises and communities. NRCS needs an entity to assist in the development of collaborative effort among agriculture groups, provide funding for educational activities and associated activities, and serve as a communication link with organizations involved in GLCI activities. Description: The purpose is to engage in a cooperative effort to support grazing lands educational activities to landowners, land users and educators in Arkansas.
