The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Request for Funding Opportunity Application (FOA) (R10SF20005) for the following program: Groundwater Banking Improvements in Northwestern Kern County. This funding opportunity announcement is focused on groundwater banking improvements in Northwestern Kern County. The purpose is to facilitate completion of necessary planning and designing of Semitropic Project Improvements. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this request for application.
