Guadalupe Mountains National Park Vegetation Map Accuracy Assessment: This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a non-competitive Task Agreement under the Gulf Coast, Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Master Cooperative Agreement (P12AC51051) in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The primary purpose of conducting a map accuracy assessment is to provide the map user an index of the reliability that the vegetation type mapped matches the actual vegetation growing at the same point on the ground. Map classes with a high percent accuracy will have greater reliability than map classes with low percent accuracy. Please see attached Full Announcement for more information.
