HIV Innovations for Improved Patient Outcomes for Priority Populations: The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Southern Africa, is seeking applications from local organizations interested in implementing a five-year HIV Innovations for Improved Patient Outcomes for Priority Populations program.
