Grant Description: The purpose of this program is to support the implementation of HIV prevention interventions for high-risk, underserved populations in South Africa and support capacity building and evaluation activities to improve the quality of HIV prevention interventions for these populations. For this program, "high-risk, underserved populations" include sex workers (SWs), injecting drug users (IDUs), and men who have sex with men (MSM). The sexual partners of individuals in these groups may also be secondarily targeted for activities. In the future, other underserved, at-risk groups may additionally be identified and targeted for services under this program.
