HIV Surveillance for Epidemic Control in Malawi under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The purpose of this FOA is to provide comprehensive and cost-effective capacity building and implementation of national surveillance surveys and impact evaluations of CDC-supported activities in Malawi.
